- ½ slice 45 gal pineapple, peeled, with core
- 1½ cup 225 g green grapes
- ¼ Bartlett pear, seeded
- ½ small avocado, pitted, peeled
- ¼ cup 20 g broccoli florets
- ½ cup 15 g fresh spinach
- 1¼ cup 160 g ice cubes

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 50 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades
