- 1 fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
- 2 40 g medjool dates, pitted
- ¼ cup 25 g frozen cranberries
- 2 cups 260 g ice cubes
- 1 ⅓ cups 225 g red grapes
- ½ medium 65 g orange, peeled, halved
- ½ 100 g sweet potato, peeled, cooked
- ½ medium 90 g apple, seeded, halved
- 1 fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
