- 9 90 g pitted deglet noor dates [or 1/3 cup date syrup]

- 1 cup 240 ml extra virgin olive oil, optional

- 3 cups 430 g blackberries
- 1 cinnamon [or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon]
- 3 30 g pitted deglet noor dates [or 3 tablespoons date syrup]

- Place vinegar, blackberries, cinnamon, dates, five-spice powder, and peppercorns into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
- If adding olive oil, lower machine speed to Variable 3. Remove lid plug and slowly pour oil into the container, allowing it to emulsify. Secure lid plug and blend an additional 5 seconds.
