Blackberry Iced Tea Bramble
Green tea, blackberries, mint, and lime make up the heart of this cocktail. The same recipe—minus the gin—makes a delicious non-alcoholic mocktail. Tonic or ginger beer adds a bit of effervescence.

- ¾ cup 180 ml unsweet green tea, chilled
- 1 cup 135 g fresh blackberries
- 1 slice lime, 1/8", with peel
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 3 Tablespoons 45 ml honey
- ⅓ cup 90 ml London dry gin
- 1 cup 240 ml tonic water, divided use
- ¾ cup 180 ml unsweet green tea, chilled
- 1 cup 135 g fresh blackberries
- 1 slice lime, 1/8", with peel

- 3 Tablespoons 45 ml honey
- ⅓ cup 90 ml London dry gin
- 1 cup 240 ml tonic water, divided use
- ¾ cup 180 ml unsweet green tea, chilled
- 1 cup 135 g fresh blackberries
- 1 slice lime, 1/8", with peel

Directions
- Place all ingredients except for tonic water into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Fill each rocks glass 3/4 of the way with ice. Pour 2/3 cup (160ml) blackberry mixture over ice, topping with 1/3 cup (80ml) tonic water for a cocktail stirring to incorporate.
- Place all ingredients except for tonic water into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
