Ingredients

  • ½ cup 120 ml skim milk
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar [or optional]
  • ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Run the Cold Foam Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to Variable 6.  Blend for 15 seconds. A thick but pourable foam should form. Serve immediately.
