Coffee Sugar Exfoliating Scrub

Ingredients

  • ½ cup 120 ml coconut oil
  • ½ cup 120 ml sweet almond oil
  • 1 ¼ cups 90 g whole bean coffee
  • 1 cup 135 g coconut palm sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 20-25 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Note

This exfoliating scrub is best used in the shower to reinvigorate your skin. Be sure to wash off thoroughly with warm water after use. Be careful, as the shower may become slightly slippery after use.
