Ingredients

  • 1 large 160 g orange, peeled, halved
  • 1 cup 100 g frozen cranberries, thawed
  • 1 large 250 g apple, seeded, cored, quartered
  • 4 60 g medjool dates, pitted [or 1/4 cup honey]
  • ½ cup 60 ml walnuts, optional

Directions

    1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
    2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    3. Pulse the mixture 6-8 times until evenly chopped or desired consistency is reached.
