  • ½ cup 13 g laver leaf
  • 1 Tablespoon 9 g dried shrimp
  • 4 Tablespoons 5 g katsuobushi [or bonita flakes]

Directions

    1. Place laver leaf, shrimp, and katsuobushi into the Vitamix container and secure the blade base. 
    2. Select Variable 7. Pulse 5 to 6 times or until desired consistency is achieved.
