Ingredients

  • ½ medium 80 g yellow onion, peeled, cut into large chunks
  • 1 pound 454 g lean beef, top round, cut into large chunks
  • 1 pound 454 g beef brisket, cut into large chunks
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt, optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

    1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Pulse 18 – 20 times or until everything is evenly chopped. Portion into 3 oz.(85g) patties and cook as desired.
