  • ¾ cup 180 ml water
  • ¾ cup 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1½ Tablespoon seeded
  • 1 cup 40 g fresh basil leaves, blanched
  • ½ cup 20 g fresh cilantro leaves, packed

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
    2. Select Variable 1.
    3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to the highest speed.
    4. Blend for 30 seconds. Strain.
