- 1 garlic clove [or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder]
- 2 Tablespoons 30 ml extra virgin olive oil

- ¼ teaspoon ground dried sumac
- ¼ teaspoon dried mint

- Place the sesame seeds, cumin seeds, ground turmeric, paprika, ground cardamom, and coriander seeds into a small skillet set over medium-low heat. Toast until fragrant and aromatic.
- Once the spices and seeds are toasted, place the cauliflower and all remaining ingredients, including the spice mixture, into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
