  • 3 30 g dates [or 1.5 Tablespoons honey], pitted
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 ½ pound 680 g frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup 240 ml almond yogurt [or yogurt of choice]
  • 6 5 g fresh basil leaves
  • 2 20 g dates [or 1 tablespoon honey], pitted
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 pound 454 g frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup 240 ml almond yogurt [or yogurt of choice]
  • 6 5 g fresh basil leaves
  • 2 20 g dates [or 1 tablespoon honey], pitted
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 pound 454 g frozen mango chunks

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Select the Frozen Dessert program. Start the blender and allow the program to complete, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
    3. In about 30-60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
