- Miso Caramel:
- ¾ cup 180 ml soy milk
- 1 Tablespoon yellow miso paste
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 150 g pitted dates
- Frappé:
- ¾ cup 180 ml soy milk
- ½ cup 120 ml unsweetened cold brew coffee
- ½ cup 120 g Miso Caramel
- 2 ½ cups 310 g ice cubes

Directions

- For the Miso Caramel:Place Miso Caramel ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Keep the Miso Caramel in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- For the Frappé:Place Frappé ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Frappé Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its Variable 9. Blend for 40 seconds.
