  • Many traditional store bought and restaurant soups are laden with added salt.  Making this recipe at home, you get to control the salt and you will probably find that with so many other big bold flavors in this recipe, you might not need as much salt as you thought!Red peppers are rich in fiber, which can help you feel full and satisfied.
