Ingredients

  • 1 cup 175 g sun dried tomatoes, oil drained
  • 2 Tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup 30 g Italian flat leaf parsley, stemmed
  • 1 cup 30 g arugula, washed
  • ⅓ cup 40 g freshly grated parmesan cheese, optional

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid.
    2. Start the machine and run for 15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Use as filling in your favorite ravioli, or heat in a pan and toss with your favorite pasta. Try this with our spinach pasta dough.
