Ingredients

  • ½ cup 120 ml water
  • 1 ½ cups 240 g pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup 90 g hemp seeds
  • ½ cup 75 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons 30 ml avocado oil
  • 2 Tablespoons 30 ml maple syrup
  • 1 5 g fresh ginger root
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

    1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
    2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    3. Start the machine and process for 1 minute. Stop the machine, remove the lid, and scrape the sides of the container. Secure the lid and process for an additional 30 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved.
