Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-40 seconds.

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 35 seconds.

- Place all ingredients except the oil into the Vitamix container in the order listed except the olive oil and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 35 seconds. Reduce the speed to Variable 4. Remove the lid plug and slowly add the oil through the lid plug until emulsified.
