Ingredients

1 ½ cups 340 g almond yogurt [or low-fat vanilla yogurt]
¾ pound 340 g frozen pineapple chunks
¾ pound 340 g frozen mango chunks

1 cup 226 g almond yogurt [or low-fat vanilla yogurt]
½ pound 225 g frozen pineapple chunks
½ pound 225 g frozen mango chunks

1 cup 226 g almond yogurt [or low-fat vanilla yogurt]
½ pound 225 g frozen pineapple chunks
½ pound 225 g frozen mango chunks

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Run the Frozen Dessert Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45-55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
In about 25-35 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
