- 1 cup 240 ml vanilla almond yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons 45 ml maple syrup, optional
- ¼ cup 35 g raw cashews
- 1 115 g banana
- 2 ½ cups 325 g ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups 360 ml vanilla almond yogurt
- ¼ cup 60 ml maple syrup, optional
- ¼ cup 50 g raw cashews
- 2 230 g banana
- 3 cups 415 g ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups 360 ml vanilla almond yogurt
- ¼ cup 60 ml maple syrup, optional

Directions
- Place all ingredients into an appropriately sized container in the order listed. Submerge the immersion blender below the surface of the liquid, or as close to the ingredients as possible.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Move the immersion blender around, including up and down, to blend the ingredients for approximately 45 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved.
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Frozen Desserts Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
