- 2 Tablespoons 25 g pistachio nuts, toasted, shelled
- 3 dates [or 1 Tablespoon honey], pitted
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- ½ small 60 g frozen banana
- 1 cup 125 g frozen peach slices, thawed
- 1 cup 150 g frozen dark sweet cherries

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute 20 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
