- 2 cups 300 g green grapes
- ½ small 80 g cucumber
- 1 medium 70 g kiwi
- 1 medium 180 g apple, cored, halved
- 1 ½ cups 130 g broccoli florets
- 1 slice lemon, 1/2" thick, with peel
- 2 cups 260 g ice cubes
- ½ cup 120 ml water
- 1 cup 150 g green grapes
- ¼ small 40 g cucumber
- ½ medium 35 g kiwi
- ½ medium 90 g apple, cored
- ¾ cup 65 g broccoli florets
- 1 slice lemon, 1/4" thick, with peel
- 1 cup 130 g ice cubes
- 1 cup 240 ml water
- 2 cups 300 g green grapes
- ½ small 80 g cucumber
- 1 medium 70 g kiwi
- 1 medium 180 g apple, cored, halved
- 1 ½ cups 130 g broccoli florets
- 1 slice lemon, 1/2" thick, with peel
- 2 cups 260 g ice cubes
Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
