- 1 ⅓ Tablespoons 20 g dry mustard

- 6 90 g dates [or 3 fl. oz. honey], pitted
- 3 cups 720 ml extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 60 ml Harissa paste
- ½ cup 120 ml red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons {Winter Spice Seasoning}
- 12 garlic cloves, peeled, roasted
- 1 shallot, peeled, roasted
- 3 45 g dates [or 3 Tablespoon honey], pitted
- 1 ½ cups 360 ml extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 60 ml Harissa paste

- ½ teaspoon {Winter Spice Seasoning}
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled, roasted
- ¼ small shallot, peeled, roasted
- 1 10 g dates [or 2 teaspoon honey], pitted
- 3 90 ml extra virgin olive oil
Directions

- Place all ingredients except olive oil into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Reduce speed to Variable 3, remove lid plug and pour oil slowly through lid plug opening. Secure lid plug and blend an additional 15 seconds or until emulsified.

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds.
