Log in to your Vitamix Rewards account at www.vitamix.com/rewards in order to begin earning. You must be logged in order for activities to be tracked and rewarded. (If you have trouble accessing your account, please check that you are using the most up to date version of your browser and that ad blockers are disabled)

• Learn & Share: Browse the "Earn Points" section of your Vitamix Rewards account to find all the ways you can begin earning. Activities range from referring friends, learning new blending techniques, completing surveys, writing product reviews, and more! Your points add up quickly every time you shop and complete activities on your Vitamix Rewards activity page.

Point values vary by activity. The value of each activity can be found within the "Earn Points" section of your Vitamix Rewards account.

Points earned for purchase will be awarded upon shipment. For other activities, you will receive points within 1 week of completion. Depending on the activity, it may take less time to process.

If you have not received your points once your purchase has shipped or within 1 week of any other activity, please contact customer service.

Simply click "Redeem" on the rewards detail page, then follow the checkout instructions. Digital rewards will also be on your confirmation page and History page. We will mail any physical or experiential rewards to the address you provided.

Your Redeemable Points are the number of points you have available to redeem rewards. This number decreases with each reward you redeem. If you return a product after redeeming a reward, you may have a negative points balance. To review your current Redeemable points balance, visit your Vitamix Rewards page.

Time of delivery will vary by reward. Please allow 7-14 days for rewards to be delivered. If you have not received your reward within 14 days, please contact the reward manufacturer.

You must be logged in to you Vitamix.com account with a Vitamix Rewards profile in order to earn points for your purchase. Points will be posted to your account when your order is shipped/fulfilled.

You must be enrolled in the program at the time of order shipment to earn points. For machine purchases that ship prior to account creation, you may register your machine upon joining the program to earn 750 points!

You will have 18 months to use points from the date that the activity occurred. For example, if you purchase a machine on January 1, 2019, you will have until June 30, 2020 to use the points.

To get free shipping as a member, you must be logged in to your loyalty account at the time of purchase.

No, you are limited to one voucher per order. To receive a greater discount, save your points for a larger Vitamix Rewards voucher (up to $100).

If you purchase a Vitamix product through a participating retailer, you can upload that receipt to earn points for your purchase.

Once the receipt is uploaded, your account is credited points in near real time based on the amount spent on Vitamix products (5 points to 1 dollar spent).

For in-store purchases, please upload a copy of the printed receipt from the register.

For online purchases, please upload a copy of your Order Details page, typically located within your account page on the retailer’s website. Please do not upload email confirmations or order confirmation pages that display upon checkout as they will not process correctly.

• Each receipt can only be uploaded for points once.
• Make sure your receipt is not faded, blurry or otherwise unreadable; otherwise we can’t give any points for it.
• Please ensure the following data points are very clearly visible within your receipt upload:
  • Store Name
  • Vitamix Product Name & Total Dollars Purchased
  • Date/Time of Purchase
  • Receipt or Order Number
  • Total Dollars Spent
• For online purchases, please upload a copy of your Order Details page, typically located within your account page on the retailer’s website. Please do not upload email confirmations or order confirmation pages that display upon checkout as they will not process correctly.

Points are awarded based on item total, per dollar spent you’ll receive 5 points.

Upon submission of your receipt, a yellow status bar will appear to confirm the receipt is processing. If you refresh the activity within a few minutes, a new status bar will confirm whether or not your upload was successful.

If your receipt was successfully recognized, points will be awarded immediately. To see how many points you earned for your purchases, check out “Activities Completed” section under “Rewards History” on the main homepage.
