- 1 medium 125 g banana, peeled
- ½ cup 30 g cantaloupe chunks
- ½ small 30 g carrots
- ¼ medium 40 g orange, peeled
- ¼ lemon, peeled
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 slice 75 g pineapple, peeled, halved
- 2 dates [or 1 Tablespoon honey, optional], pitted
- 2 cups 260 g ice cubes

- 2 pitted, or 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 cups 260 g ice cubes
- 1 cup 120 ml water

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
