  • 9 Tablespoon 270 ml light rum
  • ¾ cup 180 ml Grand Marnier
  • 3 limes, peeled
  • ½ cup 120 ml honey, (optional
  • 3 cups 420 g frozen strawberries
  • 3 cups 390 g ice cubes

  • 2 small Tablespoon limes, peeled
  • ⅓ cup 80 ml honey
  • 2 cups 280 g frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups 260 g ice cubes

Directions

    1. With a peeler or paring knife, remove the peel and white pith from the fruit, leaving just the flesh.
    2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    3. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 to 40 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
