Ingredients

  • 1 cup 240 ml water
  • 2 cups 480 ml heavy cream
  • 10 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 24 ounces 700 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup 60 ml brandy
  • ½ cup 120 ml water
  • 1 cup 240 ml heavy cream
  • 5 teaspoons 5 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 12 ounces 340 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons 30 ml brandy

Directions

    1. Place water, cream, espresso powder, and chocolate into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
    2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 3 minutes 30 seconds or until melted and smooth.  Using the tamper if needed.  Pour into fondue pot and stir in brandy.
