Creamy Rice Cereal

Easily adjust the texture of this all-natural baby cereal for your growing child with the length and speed of the blend. Add fruits when you're ready to introduce them to more flavor and variety.

Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Vegan

1. Place rice into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 7 to 8.
3. Grind to desired degree of fineness, about 10 seconds. If a finer cereal is desired, grind longer.
4. In a saucepan, heat water over medium high heat until boiling, then add salt. Slowly add cracked rice to boiling water. Sitr constantly with a wire whisk.
5. Turn heat to low, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes. Stir frequently. Serve immediately.
