- ⅔ pound 300 g romaine lettuce, about 4 cups
- 1 ½ cups 45 g fresh spinach
- 3 205 g celery stalk
- 1 medium 120 g apple, cored, halved
- 1 large 120 g pear, cored, halved
- 1 medium 110 g banana, peeled
- ½ lemon, peeled

- ½ medium 55 g banana, peeled
- ¼ lemon, peeled
- ¾ cup 180 ml water
- ⅓ pound 150 g romaine lettuce, about 2 cups
- ¾ cup 22 g fresh spinach
- 1 65 g celery stalk
- ½ medium 60 g apple, cored
- ½ large 60 g pear, cored
- ½ medium 55 g banana, peeled

Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
