Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoon 90 ml tequila
  • 1 cup 240 ml pomegranate juice
  • 2 Tablespoon 60 ml triple sec
  • ½ Tablespoon Tablespoon peeled, halved
  • 2 Tablespoons Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 cups 260 g ice cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Tablespoon sliced thin

Directions

    1. Place tequila, pomegranate juice, triple sec, lime, sugar, and ice cubes into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
    2. Select Variable 1.
    3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
    4. Blend for 45 seconds.
    5. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish each serving with one or two thin slices of fresh lime.
