Directions

    1. Place ingredients into the Vitamix in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 90 seconds.
    2. If desired, strain for a more liquid consistency— although we prefer it just as it comes out of the container.
