  • 2 cups 480 ml fresh brewed black tea
  • ½ cup 120 ml whiskey [or rye]
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • ½ large 75 g pear, seeded
  • 2 Tablespoons 30 ml honey
  • 2 whole cloves

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
    3. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel studded with a clove and a cinnamon stick.
