Ingredients

  • 2 cups 290 g dry garbanzo beans
  • 2 cups 200 g tapioca starch
  • 2 cups 240 g cornstarch
  • 2 cups 290 g dried chickpeas
  • 2 cups 250 g cornstarch
  • 2 cups 200 g tapioca flour

Directions

    1. Place dry garbanzo beans into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
    2. Select Variable 1.
    3. Start machine and increase to its highest possible speed.
    4. Blend for 45 seconds.
    5. Remove to a bowl and add tapioca starch and cornstarch.
    6. Stir with a whisk to incorporate. Store in an airtight container.
    1. Place chickpeas into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
    2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and increase to its highest speed.
    3. Blend for 45 - 60 seconds or until ingredients are finely ground.  In a separate bowl mix all ingredients together until combined.
