Directions

  1. 1. Place the oranges, vodka, and 1¼ cups (300ml) of the kombucha into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds.
    3. Fill 6 serving glasses just under halfway with ice. Pour 1/2 cup (125ml) of the orange puree over each. Top each glass with 1 fl. oz. (30ml) of kombucha to add effervescence.

Chef's Note

We used a blueberry flavored kombucha in this recipe, adding a nice sweetness to round out the orange flavor, but you can use any flavor that suits your taste buds.
