- 2 160 g pineapple, peeled, with core
- 3 cups 90 g fresh spinach

- 1 cup 130 g ice cubes
- ½ medium 60 g banana, peeled
- 1 ½ cups 225 g green grapes
- 1 medium 130 g orange, peeled, halved
- 1 slice 80 g pineapple, peeled, with core
- 1 ½ cups 45 g fresh spinach

Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
