- 1 cup 240 ml vanilla almond yogurt
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric [or 1 piece fresh turmeric]
- 2 5 g fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice

- 2 cups 320 g sliced frozen banana
- 2 cups 480 ml {Almond Milk}

- 2 cups 230 g frozen peach slices
- 2 cups 320 g sliced frozen banana
- 1 cup 240 ml {Almond Milk}
- ½ cup 120 ml vanilla almond yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric [or 1 piece fresh turmeric]
- 2 5 g fresh ginger root, 1/8" slice
- 1 cup 115 g frozen peach slices
- 1 cup 160 g sliced frozen banana
- 1 cup 240 ml {Almond Milk}
- ½ cup 120 ml vanilla almond yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric [or 1 piece fresh turmeric]
- 2 5 g fresh ginger root, 1/8" slice
- 1 cup 115 g frozen peach slices
- 1 cup 160 g sliced frozen banana

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
