  • 1 ½ 0.2 toasted nori sheets, crumbled
  • ¼ cup 55 g sesame seeds, toasted, toasted
  • 1 1 lemon zest
  • 1 1 orange zest
  • 1 Tablespoon 1 Tablespoon Maldon salt, optional
  • 1 Tablespoon 1 Tablespoon szechuan peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 pinch 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
    2. Select Variable 1.
    3. Turn machine on and off quickly to pulse 3 to 4 times, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
    4. Select Variable 1.
    5. Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed, and blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper as needed.
