Directions

- Place vinegar, berries, Winter Spice Seasoning, and sugar into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
- Once stopped, carefully remove the lid plug. Start the blender and slowly increase to Variable 5.
- Pour olive oil in through the lid plug opening. Replace the lid plug and blend an additional 10 seconds.

- Place vinegar, berries, Winter Spice Seasoning, and sugar into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
- Once stopped, carefully remove the lid plug. Start the blender and slowly increase to Variable 5.
- Pour olive oil in through the lid plug opening. Replace the lid plug and blend an additional 10 seconds.
