  • 4 cups 550 g unsalted roasted cashews
  • 4 cups 565 g roasted cashews, K.S.

Directions

    1. Place cashews into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid.
    2. Start the machine and allow to process for 2 minutes 30 seconds, or set timer for 2 minutes 30 seconds and start the machine, allowing it to complete the programmed cycle. Process longer if desired.
    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
    3. Blend for 90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
