  • 6 180 ml gin
  • 3 ounces 90 ml simple syrup
  • 2 130 g lime, sliced thin (1/2 inch), ends discarded
  • 1 cup 20 g baby arugula
  • ¼ cup 15 g fennel fronds
  • 2 cups 250 g ice cubes

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Run the Muddle Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
    3. Prepare two cocktail glasses—coupe glasses work great.Using a mesh sieve, strain the cocktail into the glasses, and enjoy!
