  • For some flavoring options, try adding 1/2 an avocado, 4-6 cloves of roasted garlic, or 1-2 tablespoons of hot sauce or harissa.
  • Emulsifying can be a tricky process. To help make a successful emulsion, make sure to pour your oil very slowly, especially for the first 1/2 cup of oil you are pouring - this will allow the eggs time to bind with the fat.
