  • Garnish with whipped cream (or non-dairy equivalent) and Mexican chocolate shavings!To make this a latte, add 2 teaspoons of instant espresso before blending.Traditional Mexican chocolate does not contain dairy, however some commercial varieties contain milk product. If you're using non-dairy milk for this hot chocolate, make sure the chocolate you use is dairy-free too!
