  • 1 fluidounce 30 ml gin
  • ¼ cup 60 ml lemonade
  • ⅓ cup 65 g granulated sugar
  • 1 cup 120 ml water
  • ½ lemon peeled, halved
  • ½ cup 70 g ice cubes
  • club soda

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
    2. Select Variable 1.
    3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
    4. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
    5. Pour into a glass and fill with club soda. Serve immediately.
