- ¼ cup 35 g raw cashews
- 1 115 g banana, peeled
- 3 25 g dates, pitted
- 2 ½ cups 310 g ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups 360 ml vanilla almond yogurt
- 6 Tablespoons 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup 70 g raw cashews
- 2 230 g banana, peeled
- 6 50 g dates, pitted
- 5 cups 620 g ice cubes
- 1 ½ cups 360 ml vanilla almond yogurt

Directions
- Place all ingredients into an appropriately sized container in the order listed. Submerge the immersion blender below the surface of the liquid, or as close to the ingredients as possible.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Move the immersion blender around, including up and down, to blend the ingredients for approximately 60 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved.
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved.
