Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups 360 ml jasmine green tea, brewed, chilled
- 1 lemon grass, 3" (7cm)
- 1 5 g fresh ginger root
- ¼ cup 60 ml honey
- 1 lime, peeled
- 2 Tablespoons 30 ml rice vinegar
- 2 cups 260 g ice cubes
- ½ cup 120 ml club soda
- 1 ½ cups 360 ml jasmine green tea, brewed, chilled

- ½ cup 120 ml club soda

Directions
- Place ingredients, except the club soda, in the container in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds. Strain.
- Fill 2 – 16oz highball glasses 3/4 the way with ice. Split the jasmine tea mixture between the two glasses filling 3/4 the way full. Top with 2oz club soda per glass and gently stir to incorporate. Garnish accordingly and enjoy.
