- 6 cups 1.4 l cold water
- 6 Tablespoons 30 g chia seed
- 3 lime, peeled
- 16 240 g dates, pitted

- 2 Tablespoons 10 g chia seed
- 1 lime, peeled
- 6 90 g dates, pitted
- 2 cups 480 ml cold water
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon peeled
- 6 Tablespoon 90 g deglet noor dates, pitted
Directions

- Place chia and water into a sealed container and refrigerate overnight.
- Place chia mixture, lime, and dates into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an air tight container for later use.
