Chef's Note
- Packed with plant protein, fiber, and healthy fats, this smoothie has what we call the trifecta of nutrients that will lead to a satiating snack. These three nutrients slow down digestion and absorption, helping you feel fuller for longer. Plus the vitamin C in blackberries increases the body's ability to absorb the iron found in the spinach. This is a great snack idea for kids and adults alike.
