- ½ cup 120 ml water
- 1 medium 130 g orange, peeled, zested
- 1 slice 85 g pineapple, peeled, halved
- ½ small 60 g banana, peeled
- 6 large 90 g strawberries
- 4 dates (or 1 Tablespoon honey, optional), pitted
- 1 cup 130 g ice cubes
- ½ cup 65 g ice cubes
- ½ medium 65 g orange, peeled, quartered
- ½ slice 40 g pineapple, peeled, quartered
- ¼ small 30 g banana, sliced
- 3 large 45 g strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon date syrup [or honey, to taste], optional
- ¼ cup 60 ml water
