  • ¼ cup 60 ml water
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce, optional
  • 1/2 40 g small yellow onion, peeled
  • 2 garlic clove, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 4 cups 640 g peas, cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • ½ lemon, peeled, halved
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce, optional
  • 2 20 g yellow onion, peeled, halved
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 cups 320 g peas, cooked
  • 2 Tablespoons water
  • ½ lemon, peeled, halved
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce, optional
  • 2 20 g yellow onion, peeled, halved

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
    3. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades. Transfer, to a bowl and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to eat.
