  • 4 525 g avocados, pitted and peeled
  • ½ medium 60 g red onion, peeled, halved
  • 3 fresno chili, ends trimmed
  • 1 30 g fresh cilantro leaves, ends trimmed, washed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, optional, optional
  • 2 limes, juiced

Directions

    1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
    2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    3. Pulse the mixture 6-8 times until evenly chopped or desired consistency is reached.
