- 1 slice 4 g fresno chili, 1/8" (3mm)

1. Place mango, kombucha, Fresno chili, and honey into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds.
3. Fill 6 serving glasses just under halfway with ice. Pour 1/2 cup (125ml) of the mango puree over each. Top each glass with 1/4 cup (60ml) of flavored sparkling water and serve immediately.

Chef's Note
- Consider using a kombucha with lower added sugar. There will be plenty of sweetness from the other ingredients in this delicious mocktail!
- We loved using a spicy honey kombucha and a plain sparkling water in this beverage, but you can use any flavors that suit your taste buds.
